Brenmar was appointed to fit out around 10,000-square feet of office space at a multi-tenanted office and manufacturing technology park in Havant, Hampshire. The main challenge was to complete the project with as little disruption as possible caused to the businesses based there.

The 600,000-square foot technology park is the base for a number of corporates, as well as medium and small sized businesses. The estate manager asked Brenmar to implement the combined landlord/tenant fit out for an existing tenant taking on more space.

The work included removing dated oak framed cellular offices and installing office fronts, doors and frames, modifications to frameless glassed offices and the removal of blockwork walls to create a new access route. We also modified a kitchen, doubling its size.

Work was completed without causing any unnecessary impact on the rest of the building’s occupants, and the tenant was able to expand into their new space seamlessly.
