Brenmar won the Tender for the refurbishing of the executive area for one of the UK’s biggest broadcasters.

The project comprised of strict programme and procurement strategy that Brenmar had to follow. The main works were scheduled to be done out-of-hours to avoid any disruptions to the occupants. Thus, it was of high importance for Brenmar to fully comprehend the complexity of the project, being able to react adequately to any arising challenges.

The fit-out included install of new Boardroom together with two new Exec Meeting Rooms. This encompasses of the erection of new steelwork together with new partitioning and ceiling. The new Boardroom also required full M&E install. Bespoke joineries were installed throughout the floor together with new Office Pods. Challenges with the existing structure were eliminated by Brenmar’s team.

New floorboxes and floor swirls install was needed for the reconfiguration of the space. The AV and Branding fixing in the new area were also coordinated by Brenmar. Partial carpet tile refit and decorations throughout the floor were part of our scope of works.

The Client’s sustainability policy together with the ‘No single-use plastics’ politics were adequately implemented by Brenmar, delivering the project on time and within budget.
